Risen Chapel Children
Sunday Mornings at 9:30 am
RISEN children supports and equips parents in the discipling of their children. Parents are the main actors in the teaching of Christian values and character. The whole RISEN community embraces and cooperates with families by offering a place to belong and to grow in faith.
Youth
Christian education for youth happens on Sunday mornings. In addition, our youth is mentored by more seasoned, Adult Christians in a model of Big Brothers or Big Sisters. These mentors share with youth parents the same faith principles and values, thus becoming partners in discipling youth and preparing them for daily life challenges. Mentors are carefully vetted, background checked, and will follow Safe Sanctuary policies in agreement with all the parts involved: youth, parents, and mentors. Mentorship gatherings can be scheduled organically.

Check In & Safety
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
Your child’s safety is our first priority. All Risen Chapel children/youth volunteers pass a background check, and we also follow Ministry Safe guidelines.
