Wake Med Baby Bereavement
Risen Chapel assembles gifts to offer comfort and healing for women who experience their baby’s death at WakeMed Cary Hospital. Each gift contains: a baby-sized hand crocheted blanket that can be used to swaddle the baby during viewing by the parents/family, and then taken home in memory of the baby, a cuddly bear, for those who need something to hold during this time of grief, a memory box containing a picture frame for the baby’s footprints, an angel wing ornament, a packet of flower seeds to plant in memory of the baby, white bags with the “Always in our Hearts” symbol to carry the gifts home.

Risen Chapel views our community as an extension of our church family. Brothers and sisters in Christ serving and helping brothers and sisters in Christ. A partnership. A friendship. A responsibility. Love and service are at the core of Risen Chapel.
We focus in local missions where we are familiar with the issues and struggles of our closest neighbors. We support regional and international missions through the Global Methodist Church.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity seeks to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Risen Chapel participates in group builds and the Fall Apostle builds throughout Wake County. We also come together and create "Welcome Home" baskets that are presented to families during their home dedication ceremonies.
White Oak Foundation
White Oak Foundation, located in Apex, NC has a mission to "Care for the Total Person". They assist our community in a variety of ways - such as keeping families in their homes, providing free daily hot meals for Seniors, scholarships, free health screenings, crisis assistance and more. Risen Chapel partners with White Oak Foundation at their annual events with donations and volunteers. We donate preschool backpacks containing school supplies for their annual "Back to School Carnival" and bulk food donations for their "Special Thanksgiving Food Pantry". We also provide periodic donations and volunteers for their food pantry and clothing closet.
